E·ratio Poetry Journal is delighted to welcome Andreea Iulia Scridon as a new Contributing Editor.  

Andreea Iulia Scridon is a writer and translator from Romanian to English.  She grew up between Florida and Romania, both places deeply informing her poetry.  She studied Comparative Literature at King’s College London and is currently studying Creative Writing at Oxford.  She is assistant editor at Asymptote Journal, a literary journal dedicated to international work in previously unpublished English translation, and has written for World Literature Today, The Theatre Times, European Literature Network and London Grip, among other publications.  Her poetry has appeared in Romanian in Steaua Journal.  Her current work focuses on self-translation and historical magic realism.
